• Created in June 2006 and headquartered in Paris

Financial Backing
After a first round of seeking venture capital financing, Musinaut received €5 Million seed funding in March 07 from two leading investment companies : Sofinnova Partners and Ventech (a Natixis Private Equity affiliate), Clearly the largest seed funding in France in 2007 in software arena.

An investment that enabled the company to pursue its technological development, support its commercial growth an be ready now to settle an outstanding position.

In january 2008, Musinaut was proud to introduce the Flying Truffles site on the market and lately (june 2008 ) the MXP4 one.

• You are a service provider, an internet site, a mobile operator, a device vendor and your business has something to do with delivering music to our ears…we have developed a suite of players and streaming servers to power your product with MXP4.

MXP4 benefits all the stakeholders starting from the listeners and the artists to the music delivery sites.

Highlights
November 2007:
• Musinaut and NeuroSky to partner in developing headgear - “Brainwaves” - for listening to interactive music in MXP4 format.
January 2008:
