Senior Community Manager
MXP4, a leading developer of social music games on Facebook, is looking for a highly passionate and experienced Community Manager, fluent in both English and French, to be responsible of the relationship with our user community.
You will work with the game teams to communicate new features and events to the community, talk with the community to give their feedback to our game team, handle and build our customer support function and work with marketing to plan and coordinate marketing campaigns.
Location: Paris, FR or London, UK
Responsibilities and Key Tasks:
- Create, implement, and manage our online Community efforts for our upcoming social music
games on Facebook - Manage online content of available communication channels (forums, FAQs, Facebook fan
page, email newsletter) – be the voice of our games to the community - Plan, design and execute high-quality engaging content (copy & creative), constantly iterate
& test to optimize - Work closely with marketing & games team to ensure the right messages are communicated
at the right time via the right channel - Get the community excited and understand their needs, collect and prioritize user feedback
to marketing and games team - Handle and build our customer support function
- Recruitment and management of forum members as moderators
- Lead event planning and execution in cooperation with marketing and game teams to drive
engagement in our community - Track key performance metrics and implement reporting of community efforts
- Insure legal compliance with Privacy Policies and 3rd parties in all our communications
- Be a positive member of our team and help to build a great culture
The requirements for this position are:
- Experience as a Community Manager or Online Content Manager
- Very strong online copy-writing and editing skills
- Experience of using Content Management System (CMS)
- Excellent command of the English language
- High-level of attention to detail
- Strong project management and organization skills
- Strong passion for music, social media and games
- Open for feedback and enjoys working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work to short deadlines
- Innovative and Creative
- Collaboration and consensus driven approach
- Strong work ethic and desire to succeed
- Leadership ability and strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of legal/privacy requirements for online promotions
- Fluent in both English and French is a must
- HTML Knowledge an advantage
- Analytic Skills a plus
- New Media / Marketing degree or equivalent qualifications desirable
